How to Place a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the process online here (ensure you have your original order number available). If you prefer, you can also request a return or exchange by emailing us at admin@ecofreshly.com. Our team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you provide your original order number when placing a return.
- Refund: You will receive a full refund to your original form of payment, excluding delivery costs unless otherwise required by law. Please note that if you received any promotional or other discounts at the time of purchase, the refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refund Processing Time Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at admin@ecofreshly.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
